The apartment
is a penthouse on the top floor. A new lift is available. The apartment is spacious: more than 100 m2.
It consists of a spacious living room, new fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en-suite with the master bedroom. On the east there is a closed conservatory. WIFI is available.
All around is a beautiful and large private terrace, directly accessible from the apartment. On the east, south and west. So always sun (or shadow).
Very suitable and well equipped for a long stay.
The Living room
is well furnished with a bench, comfortable chairs, a separate sitting/reading corner and of course television. There is also a beautiful dining area with a wonderful view through the round window on the Santa Barbara Castle.
WI-FI and air conditioning complete the room. The spacious dining area consists of a rounded large table with 6 comfortable chairs. Above the table hangs a fan lamp. This gives a nice breeze at warm days.

The kitchen
is very well furnished. There is a good induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a separate freezer. Additional facilities include a kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Of course an extensive crockery and cutlery.
A stone countertop gives the whole a luxurious look. An extra and spacious worktop makes this kitchen a good working place. From the kitchen you step into the conservatory where there is a table with chairs and a closet. Here is also the washing machine and the 100-liter electric water heater. Cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, drying rack and iron make all complete.

The Terrace
is accessible from the conservatory in the east part. This spacious terrace invites you to soak in the sun or in the shade. Outdoor dining is possible at the spacious table with 6 chairs. And for lazy days there are sun loungers and sunbeds. Of course, the chairs from the conservatory can also be used on the terrace.
The terrace runs all the way around the apartment to the west side where you get to the hallway. The front side gives the beautiful view of the castle.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
are in the back half of the apartment. In total there are 6 sleeping places.
In the master bedroom there is a bed of 160 x 200 cm. Directly connected to this bedroom the bathroom with bath with shower (thermostat tap) and toilet, bidet and washbasin. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. In these bedrooms are single beds (2 x 80×200 and 2 x 80×190). All bedrooms have a fan lamp and ample storage facilities (fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables,…). The second bathroom has a shower also with thermostatic valve and also toilet, bidet and washbasin. A hairdryer is provided In both bathrooms. Bed linen and towels, shower foam and shampoo are also provided.
